In terms of Rule 26.1.2, the notice convening the Annual General Meeting, containing the Agenda, Annual Financial Statements, Auditors Report and Board of Trustees Report, must be made available to members at least 21 days before the date of the meeting. Nominations must be clearly marked and either handed in at WCMAS reception
or via the e-mail address email@example.com, seven (7) days (deadline 21st May 2019)
before the Annual General Meeting to be held on the 28th May 2019.
